Production Time
Standard production times are listed per item and can range from 2 to 20 work days (not including art prep and art approval, credit approval and shipping). Production time begins when we receive your approved artwork.

We will make every effort to meet the delivery time as stated in the production schedule. We cannot guarantee that all products will be available at the time of order. If a product is on back-order or discontinued, we will notify you as quickly as we can so that you may choose another item or cancel your order. Please plan accordingly so we can meet and exceed your expectations.

Rush Production Time
On products we offer rush service; please allow 2 work days for production (not including art prep and art approval, credit approval and shipping).

• Order and artwork must be received by 1:00pm, CST
• Only 1-color imprint available
• Multiple location imprints must be pre-approved
• Minimum and maximum quantities may apply

Order Quantites and Pricing
We do not accept orders for quantities below the minimum quantity specified for each product. Order for in-between quantities will be charged at the lower quantity price. Remember the more you order, the more you SAVE.

Over/Under Runs
Please be aware, all items are subject to a 10% over/under run (poly bags may be up to 25%) that will be billed to you and indicated on your invoice.

Returns
If you have any problems with your order, contact customer service at 800.872.5588 within 15 days of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

Additional Charges
Screen/embroidery charge, special set-ups, logo charges, 2nd color/location and PMS color matches are extra. Please be aware that each product indicates extra charges where applicable, based upon your requests. Unit prices listed are for one imprint color, one location and one ship to location.

Cancellations & Alterations to Existing Orders
Once an order confirmation is sent and approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Additional charges may apply. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise Consistency
By placing an order with Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.

Right to Use Your Imprint
Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions may prepare and retain samples or images of merchandise imprinted for customers and may display such samples or images and reproduction, derivations or copies thereof in catalogs, Web sites or any other medium for purposes of advertising and illustrating the types of products or services we offer.

Authorization to Imprint
The logos and imprints seen in this catalog are for illustration purposes only and are not to be construed as an endorsement of Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions products. Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions products are not offered for sale with the name or imprint of the business as pictured in the catalog except as authorized by that business. Any customer ordering imprinted merchandise represents and warrants to Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions that the customer is owner or licensee of any intellectual property which the customer requests Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions to imprint. By ordering such imprinted merchandise, the customer authorizes and licenses Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions to use, reproduce, display and sell the merchandise ordered by the customer bearing the imprint requested by the customer. Oriental Trading/Fun Impressions reserves the right to reject any imprint request for any reason.
